Why handmade soap makers choose kraft

Kraft board is made from unbleached pulp, so it keeps a warm brown color and visible fiber that matches the handmade, natural feel of artisan soap. Custom kraft soap boxes protect each bar from scuffs and dust, keep it from sliding around because they are made to your exact bar size, and carry your brand, scent name and ingredients without needing a separate label.

Tuck-end boxes are the standard style and close neatly at both ends. Kraft soap boxes with window cut-outs show the bar's color and swirl, while holster sleeves and wraps use less board and leave the soap's edges visible. Pillow boxes suit round or guest soaps and gifts. Kraft board is sturdy for its weight, so even small bars get good protection in a mailer or on a market table.

Kraft rewards simple, strong graphics. Black, white or one deep brand color reads clearly on brown board, and foil stamping or blind embossing adds polish without full-color printing. Kraft soap boxes wholesale orders usually keep one structure for every scent and change only the scent name or a colored band. Leave the board uncoated to keep the natural texture and make recycling simpler where paper programs exist.

Options for custom kraft soap boxes

Box styles

Tuck-end boxes, window boxes, holster sleeves, wraps and pillow boxes in kraft board, each made to your exact soap bar dimensions.

Materials

Brown kraft board for the classic natural look, or white-lined kraft when you want kraft texture outside and a brighter printed inside.

Windows

Round, oval, leaf or logo-shaped die-cut windows show the bar. Open windows avoid film and let a little scent reach the shopper.

Printing

Black, white or a single brand color prints clearly on kraft. A white underprint allows fuller color when a design needs it.

Finishes

Foil stamping, embossing and debossing work well on kraft. Leaving the board uncoated keeps its natural feel and texture and keeps recycling simple.

Add-ons

Printed belly bands, sticker seals, twine and tissue suit the artisan style. Ask about kraft shippers to send boxed soaps together.

FAQ

Custom Kraft Soap Boxes: questions answered

Still unsure? Ask a packaging specialist.

Why use kraft boxes for soap?

Kraft is unbleached paperboard with a natural brown look that suits handmade and natural soaps. It protects bars from scuffs and dust, prints well in simple colors and is recyclable where paper recycling is accepted.

Can kraft soap boxes be printed in color?

Yes. Black, white and solid brand colors print clearly on kraft. Full-color images look softer on brown board, so a white underprint or white-lined kraft is used when brighter color is important for photos or detailed scent artwork.

Can kraft soap boxes have a window?

Yes. Die-cut windows can be round, oval, leaf-shaped or cut from your logo. An open window shows the bar's color and lets some scent through, while the box still holds the soap securely so it does not slide toward the opening.

Are kraft soap boxes recyclable?

Kraft boxes are paper-based and recyclable where paper recycling programs exist. Skipping plastic film on windows and avoiding plastic laminations keeps the whole box paper-based and easier for customers to recycle along with other household cardboard.

How do I get kraft soap boxes wholesale?

Send your bar dimensions, preferred style, quantity and artwork through the quote form. A Vorex specialist replies with pricing for kraft soap boxes wholesale, suggests a structure for your range, and a digital proof follows before production starts.
