Where we ship
We deliver custom packaging to businesses across the United States and Canada.
How long it takes
Total delivery time is production time plus shipping time. Production starts only after you approve your final proof and payment terms are met.
- Production time depends on the style, materials, finishes and quantity, and is confirmed in your quote.
Shipping time depends on the shipping option you choose, your address and the size of the shipment. Your specialist confirms the shipping options and a delivery estimate with your quote. Large orders, complex finishes and holiday periods can take longer. If you have a hard deadline, tell us when you request a quote.
Shipping cost
Shipping is quoted with your order based on the option you choose, the weight and the destination.
Carriers and tracking
Orders ship with established carriers such as UPS, FedEx and DHL, chosen by destination and shipment size. You receive tracking details once your order ships. Large orders may arrive in several cartons or several shipments, each with its own tracking.
Duties, taxes and customs
Where an import applies to your delivery, for example into Canada, duties, import taxes and brokerage fees are not included unless your quote says they are. Customs clearance can add time that is outside our control.
Your delivery address
Please check your shipping address carefully. If a shipment is delayed or returned because the address was wrong or incomplete, reshipping costs are your responsibility. Address changes after production starts may carry an extra charge.
If your shipment arrives damaged
- Inspect the cartons as soon as they arrive. If a carton is visibly damaged, note it with the driver if you can.
- Email hello@vorexpackaging.com within 2 business days of delivery.
- Include photos of the outer cartons, the inner packing and the damaged packaging, plus your order number.
- Keep everything until the claim is closed. Approved transit damage is handled under our Quality Guarantee.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, including customs, carrier disruptions, weather, natural disasters and strikes. If a delay affects your order, we will tell you as soon as we know.
