How do I get a price for custom boxes?
Send us the box style, inside dimensions, quantity and where it ships using the quote form. A packaging specialist replies with pricing and material options. There is no obligation to order.
Can you make a box in any size?
Yes. Boxes are made to the inside dimensions you give us (length × width × height). If you are not sure, tell us what goes inside and we will suggest a size.
Do I need my own design?
No. Send a logo and any brand colours, and our design team lays your artwork out on the box template. You approve a digital proof before anything prints.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes. We ship to every Canadian province and territory as well as all 50 US states. Choose your country on the quote form and your quote covers delivery to your address.
What materials can my boxes be made from?
The most common are paperboard (SBS) for retail cartons, corrugated cardboard for mailer and shipping boxes, rigid chipboard for luxury gift boxes, and kraft for a natural look. We recommend one based on your product's weight and how it ships.
Can I order a sample first?
Yes. Request a sample on the samples page and tell us which styles you are considering. Your specialist confirms what is available for your project.
