Custom Matcha Tins
Custom matcha tins are printed metal tins with a tight lid that keep matcha powder dry and away from light. Brands use them for ceremonial and culinary grades, usually in 30 g to 100 g sizes, often with an inner lid or a sealed pouch inside.

Matcha is a fine powder that loses color and flavor when it meets light, air and moisture. A metal tin blocks light completely, and a well-fitting lid keeps out humidity between uses. Many brands add an inner plug lid or pack the powder in a sealed pouch inside the tin, so the tin protects the product and the pouch keeps it fresh.
Common sizes hold 30 g, 40 g, 80 g or 100 g of powder. Round tins are the classic shape for matcha; square tins stack neatly on a cafe shelf. Tell us the fill weight and whether a scoop goes inside, and the tin height and diameter are set to fit.
The tin is the part customers keep on their counter, so the design does a lot of brand work. Grade and origin, preparation steps and a best-before area can go on the body, with the logo on the lid. Embossing on the lid adds a tactile, premium feel for ceremonial grades.
Brands order matcha tins for ceremonial grade matcha, culinary grade matcha, cafe retail shelves, matcha subscription boxes.
