A card is the last thing a customer reads, so make it count
The card is often the only piece of paper a customer keeps after unpacking an order. A short thank you, your logo and one clear request does more than a stack of flyers: ask for a review, invite a follow on Instagram or TikTok, or print a code for the next order.
Common sizes are 4 x 6 in postcards, 3.5 x 2 in business-card sizes and squares that fit neatly in a mailer box lid. A card that sits on top of the tissue or the product is seen first; one tucked under the product is often missed.
Both sides can be printed. Many brands put the design and logo on the front and leave a lined or open area on the back for a handwritten note, which keeps the personal touch without slowing the packing table too much.
