About Vorex Packaging
Vorex Packaging is a custom packaging studio for brands in the USA and Canada, with offices in Abingdon, MD and Brampton, ON. Customers tell us what they sell and how it ships; our specialists handle the quote, place the artwork on the dieline and send a digital proof. Nothing prints until the customer approves it. Our production partner then prints, converts and ships the order. We make mailer boxes, folding cartons, rigid gift boxes, bags, labels and other printed packaging.
The role
Our specialists are the people customers talk to. You reply to quote requests from the website, make sure we have everything needed to price and produce the order, and keep each digital proof moving between the customer, our designer and our production partner. Part-time, on US Eastern hours.
What you will do
- Reply to new quote requests by email, usually the same business day.
- Collect what each order needs: box style, inside size, quantity, material, finish, artwork and delivery details.
- Coordinate digital proofs with our packaging designer and the production partner, and send proofs to customers.
- Track each request from quote to approved proof and keep the customer updated.
- Keep clear notes on every request in our lead system.
What we need
- Experience in customer service, print or packaging sales support, or order coordination.
- Clear, friendly written English.
- Very organised: you can keep many small requests moving at once.
- Available part-time during US Eastern business hours.
- Based in the USA.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of packaging or print terms (dielines, CMYK, bleed, board types, finishes).
- Experience with quoting or a CRM.
- Food or e-commerce packaging background.

- Fully remote. You work from home anywhere in the United States.
- Contract work: you invoice us for the work you do; this is not an employee position with benefits.
- Work arrives with real customer orders, so volume moves with demand. We tell you honestly how much there is.
- We talk in writing (email and shared files) with a few hours of overlap with US Eastern time.
